Donald's passion for music and film led him to establish DDRE Music & Films in 1996. Based in Washington, DC, with recording facilities in Greenbelt, MD, DDRE Music & Films boasts a talented team of professional engineers, producers, writers, and videographers. With their expertise, the company consistently produces top-notch industry content, captivating audiences with original music and compelling visuals.Continuing his pursuit of diverse professional ventures, Donald has also made a mark in Facilities Operations and Project Management. With nearly three decades of experience in the field, he took the leap to start his own general contracting company, Titan Elite Construction Services. This Washington, DC Metropolitan Area-based enterprise offers a comprehensive range of home improvement services, exemplifying Donald's dedication to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. He embodies the spirit of resilience and the power of entrepreneurship to effect positive change. He continues to inspire generations by fostering awareness, healing, and personal growth, driven by his unwavering belief in the potential of individuals to overcome adversity and thrive.
Gretchen Karl
Background in elementary education and her firsthand experience in working with children who have diverse learning differences, she brings a unique perspective to the table. As a homeschool mom of five exceptional children, Gretchen understands the challenges and needs of students with ADHD, Autism, high intelligence, dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia. Her knowledge and expertise in catering to the individual needs of these students can contribute significantly to the development of educational programs and resources offered by IGE. As an executive assistant for the CEO of Beyond12 has exposed her to the world of non-profit organizations and their impact on under-resourced communities. This experience has given her a deep appreciation for the heart and determination that drives such organizations. She is committed to supporting and promoting the work of non-profits, and her involvement with IGE allows her to contribute to the success of a company that shares a similar mission. With her teaching background, understanding of diverse learning needs, and exposure to non-profit work, a well-rounded perspective to the IGE board. She is honored to be part of this exceptional group and is dedicated to providing the necessary support to help IGE achieve its maximum potential.

Naomi Garner
Naomi Garner is an experienced professional with over 20 years of dedicated service in the medical field. Her unwavering passion for helping people has been the driving force behind her career. With a compassionate nature, Naomi has always strived to make a positive impact on the lives of those she encounters.Driven by her desire to assist individuals affected by traumas such as domestic violence and the challenges faced by returning citizens, Naomi actively contributes to the non-profit organization called IGE (Inspiring Generations Enterprise). This organization specifically focuses on providing relief and support to young teens and emerging adults. Naomi's decision to volunteer her time and expertise stems from her strong belief in the importance of reaching out to those in need.In addition to her heartfelt dedication to helping others, Naomi also finds fulfillment in administrative work that furthers the cause of IGE. Through her involvement with the organization, Naomi utilize her financing certification for budget.
Kristin Michelle Young
Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology - Bowie State University, equipping her with the psychological insight to guide and support others in their personal and emotional growth. An advocacy work shines through in her role as a certified Relationship Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Her coaching expertise not only nurtures relationships but also fosters personal development, enabling her clients to harness their inner strengths and thrive.Beyond her professional accomplishments, a heart for advocacy led Kristin to become a staunch supporter of those who have endured domestic violence, believing that everyone deserves a chance to rebuild their lives. Her dedication to this cause was exemplified by her decision to join the board of Inspiring Generations Enterprises to inspire and heal through arts and program services.
Themitha Renee Garner
T. Renee Garner, is a dedicated advocate for healing and empowerment. With a passion for helping others overcome the lasting effects of past pain and trauma, she has become a beacon of hope and transformation in the lives of many to flourish by addressing mental trauma and fostering positive growth. T. Renee Garner holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Homeland Security, an Associate's degree in Information Technology, and a Certification in Database for Information Technology. With over 20 years of experience in federal program and project management within the information technology. Drawing inspiration from her book, T. Renee went on to write, produce, and direct a groundbreaking musical stageplay a hilarious comedy that addresses deep-rooted issues has touched the lives of countless individuals and served as the catalyst for the birth of IGE, a platform that has the power to impact generations.
